Hi;

I'd like to know if is OK that the disclosure of personal financial recors like checks and IRA acounts is a requirement for a rental lease.
In Village Crossing, West Palm Beach, FL and spite of my excellent credit score and references, the rental office is requesting all my personal accounts since the last 6 month. It sounds this is somehow an invasion to my privacy.

Has anyone had any problems with Sandnsea properties? I rented a condo from them for this summer, but their number is disconnected and web page no longer exists. The mgr name was Paul Brown. He had multiple rentals around Florida.

Another great site to find a Winter Olympic rental, or a long term residential rental property is FreeRentalSite.com. They just started up in Canada and have already made a pretty big impact in Vancouver.

Proper staging can help move a rental property so much faster. This allows clients to see what the room looks like with furniture and helps them relate their stuff to the property. They can have a better idea if all there belongings will fit comfortably.

An investigation has been made on writers assembly--here is the link:
http://voirdireveritas.blogspot.com/2009/06/guilty-or-not-guilty.html
It is claimed that the organization is non profit in NY but it is not listed at the NY Charities Bureau. Even their alleged office address at Madison Ave is fictitious.

hmm.. in short this site sucks.
Read carefully if considering any essay writing site that SEEMS legit.

I am not particularly gifted in writing (as you can tell), so I decided to use "outside help." I used EssayProfessors for my last paper in college writing, which is like betting your retirement fund on your fat little brother losing his virginity. -sad, irresponsible and highly unlikely.
I knew the risk, but I felt the odds were in my favor Googling "essay professors" scam, essayprofessors.com scam, etc. and I even came across THIS ARTICLE. I thought that Essay professors was different, I was wrong.
1. The paper quality was comparable to a fourth grader who wrote his prest bige Papar.
2.Turned out the areas between the quotes were just copy pasted and tweaked a little. -12% plagiarized my ass.
3. Paper was on consumerism and the professor used to teach economics. -I bought a paper against consumerism, ohh the IRONY.
1+2+3=FAIL
The professor kicked me out, I am on academic probation, repeat the coarse, scammed out of 100 bucks, at the very END of the semester, and I might not get accepted into the nursing program. The website burned me and I can't do anything about it. The scam could have been prevented easily by responsibility. I was the fool who thought people can be trusted. I was the fool who couldn't find the value education. I deserved it every last bit of it. One step forward two steps back, Murphy's Law, FML and playing with fire fit this.
